Conditions

The advance deposit is non-refundable.  There are no refunds once the student begins the program, nor are there refunds for days of lessons or homestay missed.

Lessons are not held on holidays, no refunds nor make-ups will be given. (January 1, Holy Week, April 11, May 1, July 25, August 2 and 15, September 15, October 12 and December 25)
Substituting one component for another (i.e.: classes for homestay, etc.) is not allowed.

Students who, for any reason, withdraw from a program do so at their own expense. 

Students that have register for 4 hours group classes will receive 3 hours if is the only student in the class.
